Terms of service (TOS)
PAYMENT:
1. Payment via PayPal only.2. Payment in USD only.3. Payment 50% upfront, full payment must be completed latest by the completion of rough draft.4. Do not send me the money until I have confirmed that I'll be doing the commission with you.5. Please provide receipts on all transactions.
AS THE ARTIST, ...
6. I will reject your commission/s if I find it inappropriate, offensive, or beyond my current capabilities7. I may take time ranging from a week to 3 weeks to finish your commission/s.8. Please do not rush me to finish your commission/s.
ABOUT THE COMMISSION/s...
9. i) I will draw:
- Humans
- Half humans (e.g. Dog + Human)
- Fanarts (to some extent)ii) I won't draw:
- NSFW (Slight blood or gore is ok!)
- Mechas
- Furries
- Anything hate intended, fetish, etc.
- Overly detailed/ complicated backgrounds and characters.10. Please provide a clear description of your character (preferably a reference sheet, image, similar characters, etc) ; in case a text transcription is used, be clear and provide images of like characters11. Any major changes made after the confirmation of a draft may come at an upcharge.*For sketch/ colored sketch commissions: I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHANGES AFTER THE ROUGH DRAFT IS CONFIRMED.12.Minor changes( i.e colour changes, small details) and/or corrections are acceptable at any point prior to the reception of the final image file.13. If you don't specify anything, I will take creative liberty.
EXTRAS + ARTWORK USAGE:
14. Final product will be sent via email.15. All commissioned work will still have my watermark at the corners of the artwork.16.
a) AS THE CLIENT, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO...i) use the artwork/s for profile pictures/banner with credit.
ii) post the artwork on your social profile. (with credit)
iii) use the artwork/s for personal use only.
iv) print out the artwork/s for personal use only.b) YOU ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO...i) claim the artwork/s as your own.
ii) reproduce the artwork/s.
iii) use the artwork/s for commercial purposes.
iv) use the artwork/s for NFTs
v) anything involving generative ai
vi) remove or crop off my signature/watermark from the artwork/s
vii) change / crop / distort / etc my watermark.18. Feel free to dm me again if I have not responded to your messages for more than 2 days <3 , sometimes I may have overlooked my dms.
!! I reserve full rights to the image and it's use/ distribution unless otherwise agreed upon !!!! COMMISSIONING MEANS YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TOS STATED ABOVE !!
