Terms of service (TOS)
PAYMENT:
1. Payment via PayPal only at the moment.2. Payment in USD only at the moment.3. Payment upfront, latest by the completion of rough draft.4. Do not send me the money until I have confirmed that I'll be doing the commission with you.5. Please send me proof of the payment or I won't continue the artwork.

AS THE ARTIST, ...
6. I have the rights to reject your commission/s if I think it's inappropriate, offensive, or unable to be drawn.7. I may take time ranging from a week to 3 weeks to finish your commission due to studies and/or personal reasons.8. Please do not rush me to finish your commission/s. Drawing takes time and I still have studies on going. (unless you have a solid and acceptable reason)

ABOUT THE COMMISSION/s...
9. i) I will draw:
- Humans
- Half humans (e.g. Dog + Human)
- Fanarts (to some extent)ii) I won't draw:
- NSFW (Slight blood or gore is ok!)
- Mechas
- Furries
- Anything hate intended, fetish, etc.
- Overly detailed/ complicated backgrounds and characters.10. Please send me a clear reference of your character, though I'd prefer to have a picture reference of your character instead of a written reference.11. I will charge extra if you asked for a character change / pose change after I started lineart.**For sketch/ colored sketch commissions: I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHANGES AFTER THE ROUGH DRAFT IS CONFIRMED.12. I will allow minor fixes/ changes after the completion of the piece.I DO NOT EXCEPT ANY CHANGES ONCE I'VE SENT THE COMMISSIONED WORK OVER.13. Please tell how you want me to draw the pose of your character and background of the art. (if you want to have a different background)14. If you don't specify anything, I will take creative liberty.
{ TL;DR : I draw almost any species/ types of OCs except those that are too complicated (e.g robots) and I do not do NSFW works.
I will charge extra for any changes once I've started lineart (except for sketch commissions) / coloring. I will not accept any request for changes once I've sent you the commissioned work.
You are given the chance to revise the artwork before it was sent to your email. }
EXTRAS + ARTWORK USAGE:
15. I will send the final product through email for higher quality, please provide me your email when requested.16. All my commissions will have my watermark, but will be on the corners of the artwork.17.
a) AS THE CLIENT, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO...i) use the artwork/s for profile pictures/banner with credit.
ii) post the artwork on your social profile. (with credit)
iii) use the artwork/s for personal use only.
iv) print out the artwork/s for personal use only.b) YOU ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO...i) claim the artwork/s as your own.
ii) reproduce the artwork/s.
iii) use the artwork/s for commercial purposes. (making money off my artwork/s)
iv) use the artwork/s for NFTs AND AI TRAINING
iv) alter the artwork/s without my consent.
v) remove or crop off my signature from the artwork/s18. Feel free to dm me again if I did not respond to your messages after 2 days <3 , sometimes I may have overlooked my dms.
